Flyra, compared
to the alternatives

4 comparisons, each one naming where the other product wins before it says a word in ours. Their figures come from their own sites, with the date we read them.

Start with when to choose them

Every entry below leads with the case for the other product. That is not modesty. It is the only part of a vendor comparison worth reading, and a page that claims a clean sweep against four competitors is a page nobody believes about any of them.

Field service software

Flyra vs Housecall Pro

Choose Housecall Pro if: You run HVAC, plumbing or electrical, you want a human answering the phone, or you need real contractor financing on a large ticket.

The bigger, older, cheaper-to-start field service product, pointed at HVAC and plumbing, with no door-to-door tool.

Door-to-door software

Flyra vs SalesRabbit

Choose SalesRabbit if: You canvass at scale, want buyer scoring off homeowner data or storm-trade data products, and already run invoicing and payments somewhere else.

The largest door-to-door canvassing platform, now consolidating around roofing, with no invoicing, payments or recurring billing.

Field service software

Flyra vs Jobber

Choose Jobber if: Your work arrives by referral, online booking and repeat customers, nobody on your team knocks a door, and price matters.

The category leader, cheaper and genuinely built for window cleaning, with no door knocking, pin dispositions or rep territories.

Field service software

Flyra vs QuoteIQ

Choose QuoteIQ if: Price is the deciding factor, or you want the most AI for the money and have no canvassing side to run.

The closest comparison: same flat per-company pricing, cheaper at every tier, further along on AI, and no canvassing side.

The one difference that decides it

Across all 4 comparisons the same split keeps appearing, so it is worth stating once. Three of these products run the job and never the door. One runs the door and never the job. Flyra runs both, and if you only need one half, one of the others is very likely the better and cheaper buy.

Summarised from the four comparison pages. Each page carries the full feature table and the sources behind it.

Where Flyra is weakest against all four

The size of the public review record, and it is not close. Housecall Pro and Jobber have thousands of reviews across the software directories. Flyra has 83 App Store ratings at 4.8 stars and 44 written reviews. If the weight of the public record is what you are weighing, that is a real gap and a fair reason to choose one of them.

What we can do is publish all of ours rather than the flattering ones. Every written review is on the reviews page, unedited, with the two exclusion rules stated and nothing held back for being critical.

Questions buyers ask

Which CRM is the best for a home service business?
There is no single answer and any vendor who gives you one is selling. Jobber is the category leader and the strongest general choice for window cleaning work that arrives by referral and repeat custom. Housecall Pro is the strongest for HVAC, plumbing and electrical, and the only one of these with human call answering and contractor financing. SalesRabbit is the largest pure canvassing platform. QuoteIQ is the cheapest and is shipping AI fastest. Flyra is the one that runs door knocking and the job, invoice and payment side as a single system, and that is the only situation in which it is the right answer.
What makes Flyra different from the others?
The canvassing tool and the field service tool are the same product. A pin dropped at a door carries a disposition, becomes a lead, then an estimate, a scheduled job, an invoice and a recurring plan without being retyped or exported. The usual alternative is a canvassing app for the reps and a field service app for the crews with a spreadsheet between them. Housecall Pro, Jobber and QuoteIQ have no door knocking feature at all; SalesRabbit has no invoicing, payments or recurring billing.
Are these comparisons fair, given Flyra wrote them?
Judge them on whether they concede. Every one of these pages opens its argument by naming where the competitor is stronger, in its own section, before it says anything in Flyra's favour, including that three of the four are cheaper than Flyra and that all four have far more public reviews. Every figure about a competitor comes from their own website, with the date it was read printed on the page. Where a claim is contested we say so rather than picking the flattering number.
Is Flyra cheaper than Jobber, Housecall Pro or QuoteIQ?
Almost never, and each page says so on the page rather than burying it. Flyra prices per company rather than per seat, so it closes the gap as a team grows, but at one to five users the others are cheaper and often much cheaper. If price is the deciding factor for you, the comparison pages will tell you to buy the other product.
How current are these comparisons?
Each page prints the date the competitor's own site was last loaded to confirm its figures. The most recent check across all 4 was 2026-09-17. Competitor pricing moves, and a comparison without a date on it is a comparison you cannot trust.

If both halves are the job

One system from the knock to the paid invoice

Territories drawn and assigned, a pin at every door, the estimate, the schedule, the card taken at the door and the recurring plan after it. If you only need one half of that, buy the other product. If you need both, this is the one that does not need a spreadsheet in the middle.
