Software comparison
QuoteIQ is cheaper and ships more AI. Flyra is the one that runs the door knocking.
Pick QuoteIQ if
Your work arrives by phone, referral and online booking, and price matters. They are cheaper at every tier, they are further along on AI than we are, and they can measure a property from aerial imagery before anyone visits it. You are not running a knocking team.
Pick Flyra if
You put people on streets. QuoteIQ publishes more than fifty features and none of them record a knock, a disposition or a rep territory. If door-to-door is how you grow, that is the half of the business their product does not hold.
This is the closest comparison on the site. QuoteIQ is aimed at the same small exterior-cleaning businesses, prices the same way Flyra does — per company, not per seat — and beats us on cost and on AI. One structural difference separates them, and the rest of this page is about that difference and about being straight on the rest.
Being straight with you
This is the longest version of this section on any of our comparison pages, because against QuoteIQ it is the longest list.
Essentials is $29.99 a month against $129 for Flyra Solo. Pro covers four users at $149.99 against $239 for Flyra Team. Elite covers ten at $299 against $359 for Flyra Business. Annual billing takes roughly two months off each. There is no tier where Flyra is the cheaper product, and for an owner-operator watching every dollar that is the whole argument.
AI Autopilot, AI Estimator, AI CoPilot, AI Smart Import, an AI Virtual Call Team that answers the phone, an AI website builder, AI roof measurement and AI image generation. Flyra has AI drafts and estimates, and its AI receptionist is dormant. This is not close, and the honest summary is that QuoteIQ is further along on AI features than we are.
QuoteIQ launched an MCP connector on 14 September 2026 with 134 tools across 21 areas of the product, included on every plan, working with Claude, ChatGPT and Grok. Their announcement calls it the first native MCP connector built for a home service CRM, and we have found nothing that contradicts it. Flyra’s connector is larger and reaches door-to-door data theirs cannot, but we were not first and will not claim to be.
MapMeasure Pro and AI Roof Measurement size a property from aerial imagery, and there are Street View and Zillow shortcuts built into the job record. For quoting exterior work sight-unseen this is genuinely useful and Flyra has no equivalent.
Like Flyra, QuoteIQ charges per company rather than per user, so adding a crew member does not change the bill. That is worth saying because it is the thing that goes wrong with Jobber and SalesRabbit at scale, and QuoteIQ does not have that problem either.

The difference
One category, and everything hanging off it. It is a narrower claim than on the other pages, and it is the whole reason this page exists.
QuoteIQ publishes more than fifty features and not one of them records a knock, a disposition such as not home or not interested, or a territory assigned to a sales rep. This is the single structural difference between the two products, and everything below hangs off it.
A territory is a boundary you draw on the map and hand to a rep. It stops two people knocking the same street and makes "how did the north side do this month" answerable. Territories can be sized by estimated homes so they are comparable in workload rather than just on a screen.
Reps drop a pin per door carrying a disposition: sale, not home, not interested, not qualified, revisit, referral. Pin types are configurable per business. Across the Flyra fleet, 834,508 pins were recorded in the twelve months to 2026-09-15.
Every pin rolls into one report. Sale against total pins is your doorstep conversion rate. Not home is usually the largest slice by a distance, which tells you to change the hours you knock rather than the pitch. A large revisit pile with nobody going back is unbanked money, and it is the most common waste in door-to-door.
QuoteIQ has a GPS Location Tracker and a Sales Team Tracker, and it would be easy to read those as covering this. They do not. Knowing where a technician is on the way to a booked job is a different problem from recording what happened at four hundred doors and turning it into a conversion rate you can act on.
Tap to Pay on the rep’s own phone, or a payment-method link with automated follow-ups until a card is on file. The gap between a yes at the door and money in the account is where recurring revenue quietly dies, and it is a narrower gap when the same system holds both ends of it.

QuoteIQ runs five tiers from $29.99 to $699 a month, the top one with unlimited users, and annual billing takes about two months off each. Flyra is more expensive everywhere. If nothing on this page’s door-to-door section applies to your business, that difference is real money and you should take it seriously.
One thing to check before comparing tiers directly: QuoteIQ’s AI features are metered in IQ Credits, which reset monthly and do not roll over, and the allowance scales with the tier. Flyra does not meter its AI. Whether that matters depends entirely on how much of the AI you actually use.
QuoteIQ prices from their pricing page, 2026-09-17. Prices change; check before deciding.
Both products ship a first-party connector, which is unusual — most of this category ships none. So the interesting question is not whether one exists but what it can reach.
Their connector launched in September 2026 with 134 tools across twenty-one areas of the product, included on every plan, and works with Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP-compatible assistants. Their announcement describes it as the first native connector of its kind built into a home service CRM, and we have found nothing that contradicts that.
Flyra’s connector exposes 152 tools, and the difference that matters is not the count. It reaches the map, the territories and the pins, so you can ask which streets converted best last month and which of those customers still have no card on file, in one question. QuoteIQ’s connector cannot answer the first half, because QuoteIQ does not hold that data.
Worth stating plainly, because a lot of software marketing in 2026 does not: Flyra is not the only product here with an AI connector, and it was not the first. It is the only one attached to door-to-door data, which is a smaller claim and a true one.

Most teams are live in under three days. Flyra migrates your existing customer data for you, sets up employees and provisions your business phone number as part of onboarding rather than leaving it as homework.
The part people underestimate is the phone number. If your existing number is printed on vans and yard signs, porting it takes longer than everything else combined and is worth starting first.
Flyra is built for home service businesses that sell at the door. Setup is done for you, and most teams are live in under three days.
