Meta lead ads

Meta leads land in your pipeline. And Meta learns who bought.

Facebook and Instagram lead ads come straight into Flyra with their form answers, your automations follow up on arrival, and your pipeline reports stage changes back to Meta.

Follow up before they scroll away

Start an automation from Lead Created and set its pipeline to your Meta leads. Flyra texts and emails them the moment the form comes in, follows up if they go quiet, and moves the lead along. It stops texting when the lead replies, and holds texts during quiet hours.

Meta Conversions API

Your pipeline reports stage changes straight back to Meta, so your ads optimise against the leads that actually became customers instead of raw form fills. Each stage reports as Lead, Contact, Schedule or Purchase.

The ad they came from

Every Meta lead keeps its form answers and the campaign, ad set, ad and form it came from. A customer who came in as a lead has a Lead details tab with all of it.

Questions

Meta lead ads, answered.

How do I connect Meta lead ads to Flyra?

Go to Leads → Integrations, click Connect on the Meta card, and choose the Facebook pages whose lead ads should come in. An admin connects the pages.

Which pipeline do Meta leads go to?

The one you pick for each instant form under “Where each form’s leads go”. A form left on Default goes to the pipeline set to catch Meta leads, or your default pipeline.

What does the Conversions API send to Meta?

When a Meta lead moves into a stage you mapped, Flyra sends that stage’s event: Lead, Contact, Schedule or Purchase. Purchase carries the value of the lead’s latest estimate.

Can Meta leads get their own follow-up?

Yes. An automation that starts from Lead Created can be set to one pipeline, so the leads from your Meta forms get their own texts and emails, separate from your website leads.

Does Flyra show my ad spend or cost per lead?

No. Flyra brings the leads in and reports what happened to them back to Meta. Spend and cost per lead stay in Meta Ads Manager.

Do Instagram lead ads work too?

Yes. Lead ads on Facebook and Instagram both come in through the Facebook page that runs them.
