Book a job by asking
Claude finds the slot, creates the job and assigns the tech. It’s on your Flyra schedule before you put the phone down.
In Flyra: ScheduleConnect Flyra to Claude once, then book jobs, send estimates and check who owes you in plain words. No API key, and 176 actions to ask for.
On claude.ai or the Claude desktop app, once. Then Flyra is there in every chat, on your phone too.
https://mcp.flyra.io/mcpFree plans can add one custom connector.
In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors. Click Add, then Add custom connector.
Name it Flyra, paste the URL above into Remote MCP server URL, and click Continue.
Under Authentication pick Sign in now. Leave OAuth client on Use Claude’s published identity, and click Add.
Don’t pick No sign in. Flyra would connect with no actions.
Flyra opens and asks you to Authorize Claude. Sign in if you need to, check the access, and click Authorize Claude.
In any chat, click + then Connectors, and turn on Flyra. Now just ask.
Only an owner can add a custom connector to a Team or Enterprise plan. Everyone else just connects.

Each person opens Customize → Connectors, finds Flyra (marked Custom) and clicks Connect, then Authorize Claude in Flyra.

In Flyra: MapTap one to copy it, then paste it into Claude with Flyra switched on.
Every action below is one Claude can take for you, across 11 parts of Flyra. They’re the same actions as the Flyra API, run as you, inside the areas you approve.
Book, move and cancel jobs, find an open slot, assign the crew.
Find and add customers, move leads, tag people, build lead forms.
Estimates, invoices, charging a saved card, subscriptions, expenses.
Text from your business number, look up calls, ask for reviews.
Drop and update pins, draw territories, read how a turf is doing.
Reminders, automations on or off, and your revenue numbers.
Your services and prices, pipelines, and company settings.
Invite someone and change roles (Admins and Owners only).
Fix or retag thousands of records in one go.
One connection for every Flyra company you belong to.
When Flyra can’t do it, send the request to the Flyra team.
You sign in on Flyra’s own screen. Claude gets a connection, never your login.
Under Advanced on the approval screen, turn off any area, like Payroll or Expenses, and every action in it is refused.
Claude asks before it uses a Flyra action. Allow once, or Allow always for the ones you trust.
It does what your role can do in Flyra, nothing more. A Sales Rep’s connection can’t see payroll, issue refunds or change company settings, and Technicians can’t connect yet.
It only sees the Flyra companies your login belongs to, and it names which one it’s working in.
If Flyra can’t do something, Claude says so, and can send the request to the Flyra team in your own words.
Open Advanced before you authorize and switch off anything Claude shouldn’t touch.
Claude shows each Flyra action before it runs it. Allow once, Allow always, or Deny.
Every call is audit-logged against your account. Remove Flyra in Customize → Connectors and it stops.
