Changelog

Everything we shipped.

Flyra ships every week, and every Monday we write down what changed.

September 21, 2026Week of September 14

Get paid faster, and keep more of it.

Here is what shipped last week: build the automations that run your week, let customers pay you by bank for a fraction of the card fee, get paid out in minutes, and send spam calls to voicemail.

Rebuilt

The automation builder

47 triggers that let you automate your business. Spend one afternoon building your automations and then let them run. You can now also organize them into folders, send webhooks out to external software, and connect Flyra to Claude at mcp.flyra.io to build new automations, reword the ones you have, and switch them on or off.

Three steps of an automation on the canvas, the estimate going out, a text, a stage change, with a plus button on the connection between each pair.

More triggers, more steps

Inbound and outbound webhooks on automations. Those are two of 16 new triggers and 9 new steps this week, which take an automation to 47 ways to start and 24 things it can do. A few of the others: book the next visit, assign the technician, ask for the review, or start when a job goes unpaid or a task goes overdue.

Five steps in the builder’s list, all new this week: Send webhook, Change job status, Create job, Ask for a review and Ask for a tip.The trigger picker scrolled to Task Overdue and Task Completed, then a General group holding Scheduler and Inbound Webhook.

Bank payments

Your customer can now pay an invoice straight from their bank account, and it costs a fraction of a card. Card processing is 3.4%. Bank is 1.5% plus a fee capped at $5. On a $1,599 invoice that is $27 less.

Invoice totals reading subtotal $1,599.00, payment processing $56.60, bank payment discount minus $27.17, and a total of $1,628.43.

The processing fee

One switch and your client pays your processing fees, whether they pay by card or by bank. The fee goes on top of the invoice, so you receive the full amount either way. Find it in Settings → Payments.

The Charge the client the credit card processing fee row in Settings, reading card 3.4% + 30¢, bank 1.5% + up to $5, with its switch on the right.

Instant payouts

Send your balance to your bank instantly instead of waiting on the usual payout schedule. It lands in about 30 minutes. Find it in Settings → Payments, on mobile and desktop.

The confirmation reading $1,004.85 on its way to Visa, usually lands within 30 minutes, beside the blue Instant payout button that starts it.

Spam screening

Flyra screens every call coming in. The ones that come back as spam go to voicemail instead of ringing you. It is on by default. To block spam callers outright or switch it off, find this in Settings → Organization.

The spam call screening row under the phone number card, set to Send likely spam to voicemail.

Also new

  • Weekly and bi-weekly plans land on the day you choose. A plan that visits more often than once a month can now place its visits: every Tuesday, the same date each month, or rolling on from the first visit.Subscriptions
  • Undo a delete. Tax rates, lead sources, payment methods and objections ask in the row itself, then give you four seconds to take it back.Settings → Organization

Fixes and improvements

  • Texts A text held back overnight shows the time it actually went out, not the time it was queued.
  • Attachments Photos up to 10 MB, and iPhone HEIC files.
  • Inbox An unsent draft survives leaving the thread and reloading.
  • Calls An admin can pick which of your lines outbound calls go out on.

New this week in Flyra

Here is what shipped last week: get paid by QR code, the job page rebuilt, and dark mode.

Scan to pay

Show the code, they scan it, they pay on their own phone. Nothing to type, no link to send.

A phone showing an invoice with a QR code, and Copy link and Share buttons underneath.
Rebuilt

A new tabbed layout

Jobs and customers work the same way now. The contact, the address and the map stay in a fixed rail while you work, and everything else is tabs, with their text thread second in the strip.

A job page with contact details and a service location map on the left, and a tabbed panel on the right showing the schedule and line items.
Rebuilt

Dark mode

Rebuilt from the ground colour up. The old navy cast is gone for a neutral graphite, so chips, charts and status colours read as themselves instead of picking up a blue tint. Every page, not just the dashboard.

The dashboard revenue card in dark mode, on the new neutral graphite ground.

Lead Reports

A Reports tab on Leads. Every source you use, how many converted, what they were worth, and how long they took.

The Leads reports tab: source pills, lead and conversion totals, a leads-by-day chart and a breakdown by source.

Duplicate a workflow

Copy a workflow and change what differs, instead of starting from an empty canvas. Two new steps as well: Add tag and Remove tag.

The workflow settings menu open in the builder, showing Duplicate this workflow.

Also new

  • Text a customer from their page. The conversation sits on the customer and lead page now. Unread texts show a count in the browser tab and chime when they land.Customers
  • Send a blast to one tag. Filter who an SMS blast goes to by customer tag.Leads → SMS Blast
  • Your Stripe balance, on the dashboard. What has landed and what is on its way, without leaving Flyra.Dashboard

  • Invoices An invoice picks up a line item added after it was made.
  • Reports Charts stopped drawing a money scale under a lead count.

New this week in Flyra

Here is what the development team shipped this week, from booking the visit that comes before the quote to three new ways to get money in the door.

Flyra just got better

Our development team has been working harder than ever to bring your business the best features. Here is everything we added this week.

Inventory

Meet the new Inventory tab. Every check out and return is logged so you always know who has what, and workflows do the chasing for you: send reminders when an item is still out, and a restock alert when supplies run low.

The Inventory page: stock counts, who each item is assigned to, and check out / return actions. An Inventory workflow: item not returned, send a return reminder to whoever took it out.Inventory automations: Unreturned items, Low stock, and Expiring supplies toggles.

Approved estimates

The moment an estimate is approved, it shows in the new Approved estimates panel on your schedule, ready to drag onto your team’s calendar.

The schedule with the Approved estimates panel: five approved estimates waiting for a date, ready to drag onto the calendar.

In person estimates

Show the customer the estimate, have them sign on your phone, and save their payment method right at the door.

The In person card on an estimate: Add payment method to save a card on file, and Review & sign to show the estimate and sign on this phone.
Redesigned

Automations

Automations got a full redesign and their own tab in the sidebar. Workflows and message automations now live in one list, organized into folders, and every built-in automation is a real workflow you can open and edit.

The new Automations page: folders in the sidebar, 1,068 runs this month, and the Jobs folder open with automations toggled on.

Quality checks

Quality checks are here. Your crew attaches photos or video when they finish a job, and a job can’t be marked complete without uploading them. Once completed, you approve or reject the quality check, and if you turn on the payroll hold, the job stays out of payroll until you approve its photos. Turn them on in Settings → Preferences.

The Quality check card on a job, marked Required, with a photo upload tile.

Sales data

Sales reps can now see all of their data on their dashboard: doors knocked, close rate, revenue per 100 doors, and a sales-by-hour strip showing when they sell best, with a full statement one tap deeper. It even shows them what closing like the team’s best would be worth in dollars.

The My sales screen on mobile: revenue, doors knocked, close rate, sales by hour, and the sales list.

Also new

  • View jobs nearby Creating a job now shows you what’s already booked within a mile of that customer, with the street and the day, so you can stack your routes as you book.Jobs → New job
  • Photos on payments. Attach a photo to any payment record: a check, a receipt, cash in hand. Easier books, and accountability when an employee collects.Any job → Payments

Ask your friend on the other CRM if it does this.

Measure and price at the door, deposits on recurring plans, multiple properties per customer, QR code tracking. That was one week. Most CRMs won’t ship that in a year.

New

Automatically measure and price properties.

Trace the property in satellite view and apply the measurement straight to your jobs, estimates and subscriptions.

The satellite measure tool tracing a property into line items.
New

One customer record, multiple properties.

A customer with three properties used to mean three separate records, not anymore. You can now have multiple properties per customer. Jobs and subscriptions point at the exact property it happens at and every agreement prints the right address.

A customer page showing several service properties under one client.
New

Integrated QR tracking and analytics.

Yard signs, flyers and door hangers each get a QR code. A neighbor scans it and lands in your pipeline. You see which areas convert, what actually works, and which signs are due for pickup, right on Flyra.

The Signs dashboard: signs out, scans, leads and revenue, with the scan heatmap on the map.
New

Require deposits for recurring plans.

Flip one toggle and the plan collects part of the first visit at signature, with the card saved at the same moment. The rest charges automatically after the first visit, and every renewal hits the same card. No more starting recurring work on a promise.

The deposit control on a recurring plan: due at signature, due after the first visit, then every year.
New

Auto apply tax rates.

Reps picking the wrong sales tax quietly costs you thousands every year. Now you decide exactly where and when each rate applies, down to the state, city or ZIP.

A tax rate limited to a location, applying automatically.
New

Timesheets, wired into payroll.

View and edit every employee’s timesheet, and the hours land in Flyra payroll on their own.

The timesheet grid with clocked hours per employee.
New

One review link, everywhere.

A reusable review link for tap cards, QR codes and anywhere else you want reviews from, still wired through your review gate so your business profile stays clean.

The shareable review link card with its copyable URL and QR code.

Also new

  • Tip reports for technicians. Every technician sees their own tip report on their dashboard: average tip, the percentage of jobs that tip them, their largest, and totals over any date range. On each technician’s dashboard
  • Your phone line, your rules. Record voicemail greetings for missed calls, send a declined call straight to voicemail, and block numbers so they never ring your crew again.Phone → Settings, on desktop

Fixes and improvements

  • A sharper dashboard. A rebuilt revenue card, ranked goal rows, and your charts as bars or a line.
  • New pie charts on reports. Subscription revenue split by billing frequency, and a line item breakdown on the jobs report.
  • Faster customer search on mobile. Search matches from the first letter, and loads faster and more reliably on a weak signal.

Flyra just got better

Our development team has been working harder than ever to bring your business the best features. Here is everything we added this week.

Referrals

Your own referral program

Flyra automatically sends out referral requests to happy customers and tracks who they send you, allowing you to grow your business from happy clients.

The Referrals tab showing requests sent, referrals in, conversions, revenue and top referrers.
On by default

Ask for the review the second they pay.

After a customer pays, they land on a receipt with the review ask right at the top. They’re already on their phone thinking about you. It’s the best moment you will ever get, and it’s already switched on.

The post-payment receipt with a five-star review ask above the receipt details.
New

Your jobs, in Google Calendar.

Connect Google Calendar once and every scheduled job syncs across automatically. Your crew sees the day’s work wherever they already look, and you choose which roles it applies to.

Flyra and Google Calendar, connected.
New

Nobody falls through the cracks on a cancel.

Cancelling a job now lets you mark it pending reschedule. It stays pinned to your calendar until you rebook it, so the customer never quietly disappears.

New

See where your team is, even off the app.

Turn on background location and positions keep updating while Flyra is closed. Set the hours it applies to so it only ever runs while your crew is on the clock.

Also new

  • Meta Conversions API Your pipeline now reports stage changes straight back to Meta, so your ads optimise against the leads that actually became customers instead of raw form fills.Leads → Integrations
  • Pick your automatic tax rates Mark which of your saved rates should apply on their own to new jobs, invoices and subscriptions, and leave the rest off by default.Settings → Organization

Fixes and improvements

  • Estimate deposits follow the job. A deposit paid on an estimate is credited automatically when you invoice.
  • Payment exports split out tax and tips. Service, tax and tip each get their own column.
  • Job checklists group by template. Each template gets its own section instead of one flat list.
  • Filter an SMS blast by subscription. Message only your subscription customers, or only the ones without one.

A redesigned client portal.

Every invoice, estimate and subscription your customers open has a new look. Clean, consistent and built around your brand.

A redesigned invoice next to the customer approval page where they sign and enter a card.

Fixes and improvements

  • Review requests that follow up by themselves. Flyra nudges customers who never left the review you asked for, and stops when they do. Turn it on under Settings → Automations → Review.
  • A keypad on web calls. Calling from your computer now has an in-call keypad for phone menus and extensions.
  • Your text inbox updates live. New messages appear the moment they arrive. No more refreshing.

Flyra just got better

Here's what's new with Flyra this week.

Knocking, recorded.

Your rep sells. Flyra records the route, the doors, the sales, the ARR and the time on the field. End the session, take a photo, and the recap is ready to post.

A shareable session recap with the walked route drawn over a photo.

Visual before and after on estimates and subscriptions.

Show your customers a visual of the work you will perform, so they can see the value of the service instead of only hearing about it.

Before and after photos of a window: covered in hard water spots, then cleaned.

Help, on the phone.

Need help walking through a part of Flyra? Use the Ask for help button on your sidebar to pick a time, and someone from our team will call you and walk you through it. Available weekdays, 12 PM to 6 PM ET.

The Flyra sidebar showing the new Ask for help button above Report a bug.

Fixes and improvements

  • Export any report to CSV. Full ownership over all of your data.
  • Deposits reconcile everywhere. Invoice, PDF and pay link finally agree, and customers are charged the balance instead of the total.
  • New recurring options when making jobs recurring. Day of month, second Tuesday, or dates you pick yourself. A job on the 31st no longer skips February.
  • Team totals on the leaderboard. See your team’s stats on the leaderboard, and configure who can see it.
  • Employee consistency stats. Sales reps and technicians can now see a visual of their consistency this month, with a streak that builds every day they work.
