This one’s for your sales team

Quotes with tiers, upgraded mockups, easier scheduling and more.

Give tiered quotes to your clients

Choose your option on the customer’s estimate: Outside only at $285, and Inside and out at $480, marked Recommended and selected.

Put two or three tiers of the quote on one estimate, or a one-time job next to a service plan, and your customer picks the one they want. Mark one as recommended and it is already selected when they open it.

Mockup drawing

Pick a look on a house photo with the roofline traced in yellow where the lights go, and Draw, Move and Crop under it.

Draw exactly where the lights go on the house, crop and zoom the photo, or step down the street in Street View to get past a tree. Then tap a look and the mockup follows your drawing.

Permanent lights mockups

The Mockup picker on the Permanent tab: Warm white, Bright white, Accent downlight, Rainbow, and team colours like Blue and orange, Red and white, Green and gold, Purple and gold.

Mockups now do more than just holiday lights. Pick Warm white, Bright white, an accent downlight, Rainbow or your local team’s colours and show the customer their house lit up all year.

Live preview

New job with the start, salesperson and dispatched fields on the left, and the day’s schedule by technician on the right: the new job as a dashed card in Dana’s column, and a warning that Dana has another job at 11:00 AM.

See it before you send it. A new job shows your real schedule, with the job on it as a dashed outline you can drag, and a warning when the tech you picked is already booked. Estimates, invoices and subscriptions show what your customer will see as you build them.

Google Maps

The map with a house number on every home, and the Layers panel open: Style set to Street, Map data set to Google.

Switch the map to Google and every house number shows, even where Mapbox has none, like much of Canada. An admin can set it as the default for the whole team, and anyone can flip it on their own map.

Quality check shots

Three quality check boxes on a job, each marked Required: Quality video with Add video, Job map pics and Yard sign pic with Add photos.

Name each shot a quality check needs, like a video of the full install or a photo of the yard sign, each with its own instructions. Every shot gets its own box on the job, and the check can’t close until the required ones are filled.
