Team contracts

The contracts list in Settings, Team, Contracts, with a play button over it: the company signature, then three contracts with Banner only and Required now beside how many have signed.

Upload a document, mark where each person signs, and choose who on your team has to sign it. Flyra sends it to your employees and can require them to sign before they carry on using Flyra.

Texts & calls

SMS Blast: Rebuilt.

The Follow-up panel in the SMS blast builder, switched on: Follow-up 1 three days later and Follow-up 2 a week later, each with its own message, then Add follow-up.The confirm screen: 214 customers will receive a message like this, the three texts with Sarah’s name filled in, then Price 214 people x $0.017, TOTAL $3.64, what the balance covers, $1.70 charged today, and Approve and send.

Send mass SMS to a list of contacts, with armed follow ups that chase the ones that haven’t replied.

Payments

Split payments

The Split into two payments switch turned on: when you send it, this invoice only asks for half the balance, $2,250.00, and the rest comes on a second payment.

You can now split an invoice for your customer to pay in two separate payments, while your follow ups still chase both parts of the invoice.

Notifications

The notifications settings: a master switch, then Jobs, Quality checks, Customers, Billing, Messages and Map, each row with its own Push and Email toggles.

A switch for every notification Flyra sends you, and for whether it reaches you by email, on your phone, or not at all.
